Textbook Giveaways for Schools in Need
Nothing brings more joy than making a difference, however small, for the future of this world: Children.
Rotary is dedicated to improving the lives of mother’s and children. One way we do that is by giving textbooks to schools and kids who need them. For instance, last year when a local private school had to close it’s doors, Rotary rescued thousands of books from destruction and redistributed them.
Pat and Diane Kenney, Dave Reeves, Larry Parsons, and Glenn Terry rescued thousands of books for needy children...
And then Rotarians redistributed those books to schools and children who needed them.
